Everyone has to have the small print, so here's ours.


  • We require £50 deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event you need to cancel.

  • Full payment is required four weeks before arrival date. This payment is non-refundable if you need to cancel within the four week period.

  • We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Details will be made available when you book.

  • We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover the cost of your stay in the event you need to cancel.


  • If you need to cancel, please let us know by phone as soon as possible. Your £50 deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is less than four weeks before your arrival date, we will make every effort to re-let the caravan. If we manage to re-let then we will refund any payments beyond the £50 deposit.


  • Pets are welcome at the Caravan. We make a £20 per pet, per stay additional charge.

  • You are responsible for your pet(s) at all times, please respect our Caravan and property including the garden by keeping you pet(s) under control on the site, and clearing up after them. Bins are provided for "poo bags".


  • The Caravan is not suitable for visitors with mobility needs. The site is sloping and surfaces may be slippery in wet weather.

  • There is car parking available, it is approximately 30 metres from the Caravan.

  • There are 4 steps from the car park to the path, then 7 steps up to the Caravan decking area. Internally, there are no steps between rooms in the Caravan.

  • The bathroom has a half-size bath-tub with shower over.
